Rotary Club of Goulburn Presents $25,000 Donation to Endeavour Industries Goulburn

The Rotary Club of Goulburn has proudly presented a $25,000 donation to Endeavour Industries Goulburn Inc, recognising the organisation’s long-standing contribution to inclusive employment, community wellbeing and environmental responsibility across the Goulburn region.

The donation was formally presented by Rotary Club of Goulburn President Bruce Hammond, acknowledging Endeavour Industries’ more than five decades of service supporting people with disability through meaningful, skills-based employment.

Founded in 1968 following the vision of local Rotarian and Goulburn High School Principal Frank Chattaway, Endeavour Industries has grown into a respected community organisation operating across two sites and supporting five stand-alone businesses, including secure shredding, cardboard and recycling collection, and laundry and ironing services.

President Bruce Hammond said Rotary was proud to support an organisation that continues to deliver real, lasting impact. “Endeavour Industries has been a cornerstone of our community for generations. Their commitment to providing safe, stable and dignified employment, while also promoting environmental responsibility, aligns strongly with Rotary’s values of service above self,” he said.

Endeavour Industries General Manager Liz McKeon welcomed the donation, noting it would help strengthen the organisation’s ongoing work supporting employees and services across the region.

Over many years, Endeavour Industries has also been a valued supporter of Rotary initiatives, including the Club’s twice yearly Charity Book Fair, reflecting a strong, enduring partnership between the two organisations.

The Rotary Club of Goulburn congratulates Endeavour Industries, its Board, management and employees on their continued leadership and positive impact, and looks forward to seeing the organisation thrive well into the future.
